According to a reliable source Dave did not know how to use this "toilet". He couldn't understand why there wasn't a lid on it? He then wondered how the crap and toilet paper could go down that "tiny hole"? He pondered this question until Fitz and Cookie told him it was a bidet which they then had to explain to him what it was and how to use it. Dave then stated "how was I supposed to know what it is? I've never been to Europe before!" And there we have "Dave's World".
